- NGNick GurbanovFeb 7, 20261.0Disappointed. Took my dog there and they rang me 3 times within 20 mins complaining about what they couldn’t do. Had paid for signature groom and they washed the dog then told me to come collect it, they just seemed like they content be bothered. One of the workers was very rude and the other one was plain lazy, looked like she was falling asleep. Clearly don’t love the job they do and returned dog to me wet, dog wasn’t even washed properly, didn’t smell like shampoo or nothing. Utter waste of time and told me that I wasted their time in the end. Very unhappy about the lack of service received. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Inside of my car got drenched because they didn’t even bother to try my dog. Stole my £15 deposit and did not offer to return or apologise for the poor customer experience. Never met such unprofessional people in my life. If I could give zero stars I would!
